I guess the novelty of blogging from the iPad is wearing off… It’s kinda in between everything. It gives me the convenience of taking photos and posting them, but with really low image quality. It let’s me type more easily than on a iPhone, but nowhere as easily as on a full sized keyboard.
Although I’d be tempted to retire my Mac if only I could install programs meant for OS X on the iPad. Not that I can figure out how to do full-fledged image editing on the iPad. I couldn’t even master the magic mouse.
So today I did a lot of productive stuff including my now daily routine of trying to get my parents’ paperwork in order and studying more about how to be a good little IT auditor. Didn’t get any unpacking done, but hey lookie! I cooked! Without a recipe!
My mom was experimenting with manufacturing Japanese ramen (which is basically some variation of the Chinese 板面 with variations on the amount of egg and type of flour). My sister and I had a mini-cooking fest for dinner. She made tom yum soup with soggy noodles; I fried up a deliciously peppery char mee!

However… The prawns were too humongous and were raw on the insides

Wa! I missed out on that…. boo boo. I also want to try the ramen, and maybe learn how to make them…
as usual the noodles looks like accompaniment instead of main ingredient… lots of prawns!
Haha the prawns were very big, but other than that, there was only one cup of white mushroom, 4 mini-hotdogs, half an onion and two cloves of garlic!
Nxt time let me try ur cooking!
