in the interest of timeliness, i bring you… tai tai (in-the-training) outing #2! our second attempt to live the high life at one of singapore’s top 10 high tea spots… after we were turned away the first time due to lack of reservations (me bad). the place aims for a classy/quirky feel, with a mix of vintage decor and faux-plush furnishing. i especially like the cute menu with its “tea tag”:

the food was served in an equally charming manner, with bells and whistles like brown sugar cubes, a variety of matching snacks, a separate tipple of salad dressing… and naturally! we were all busy taking photos!
